Christmas 2009

This year we spent Christmas at home with my daddy's side of the family. We all went to 4pm mass on Christmas Eve and then we hosted dinner & family gifts at our house. On Christmas day mommy, daddy & I spent the morning opening presents from Santa and each other and then we went over to my Aunt Cathy & Uncle Todd's to join everyone for dinner. Here are some pictures and videos from the two days. I can't believe it is all over and I have to wait a full year to see Santa again!

Christmas Day....

'Tis The Holiday Season

Over the past couple of weeks we have really been getting into the holiday! We went to see the Cleveland Orchestra Christmas Concert with my Nana, Papa, Aunt Cathy, Uncle Todd, cousins Zach, Emily and Ryan, Uncle Dave, Aunt Taron and my cousin Lauren. I managed to sit for it from 8 to 10pm like a perfect little gentleman! I even entertained the people around me by moving my arms along with the songs and clapping with excitement after each one was over! I also got to got to the mall and ride the Christmas Train with my cousin Emily and go to my Nana's preschool for their Holiday Concert and a visit from Santa! This year I didn't scream at Santa but I would not sit on his lap. Mommy tried to place me there and I squirmed right off before she could count to two. I did however express my love for him by giving him a high five and blowing him a kiss. Maybe by next year I'll be ready to sit on his lap! Here are some pictures and a video from these activities. I can't wait to celebrate Christmas!

Cleveland Orchestra Christmas Concert....

Here I am sitting on Emmy's lap on the train at the mall...

And here I am visiting with Santa at Nana's school..

Say "Cheese!"

At the beginning of November I went up to my Nana's preschool to have my picture taken. I was just about 20 months old but I look like I could fit in just fine with her students! Aren't I handsome??

My "Dora The Explorer" Dance

For the past couple of weeks I have been really into the cartoon "Dora the Explorer". When I need to get a fix in I scream "Dora & Boots" until someone gets the point. My favorite part of the show is when they celebrate at the end and sing the song "We did it, we did it, we did it, hooray!" I dance around the room every time I hear this. Here I am caught on video.

Thanksgiving 2009

This year we spent Thanksgiving down in Houston with my mommy's side of the family. We got to spend time with my Mam, Pops, Aunt Megan, Uncle Ty, Cousin Amelia, Uncle Gavin and of course the dogs, Maggie, Harley and Jake. Here are some pictures and videos from the week that we spent down there. We had an absolute blast!

Jake quickly became my best friend because he always sat still while I tried to pet him, "nice doggie."

Millie and I enjoying some time at the park....

Our trip to Old Town Spring...I loved the "Christmas lights"

But not the "Choo Choo"...

Hanging out around the house...

My Future Little Brother Or Sister

I am going to be a big brother! My little brother or sister is due to arrive around June 8, 2010. Mommy & Daddy are going to try to prepare me the best they can! Here are the first pictures of him or her!

Halloween 2009

This year Halloween was a lot of fun for me because I had been practicing wearing my costume and carrying around my "treat" bag for trick or treating! As you know, a couple of weeks ago I got to wear my costume to Boo at the Zoo. Well, last Thursday I went up to my Nana's preschool to partake in their Halloween parties and parade so I got to wear my "Dinosaur" one more time before Halloween last night. Here are some pictures and a short video from my parade at the preschool followed by some pictures and videos of me actually trick or treating on Halloween. Enjoy!

I think I'm showing off my "treat" bag to daddy in this video....

Fall 2009

We have had a couple of days here and there of some really nice fall weather. Here are some pictures and videos of me enjoying the weather with mommy.

Here is me doing my "cheese" face that I have started to do when mommy takes my picture. I say "cheeeese" and squint my eyes.

My 1st Cleveland Browns Game

Last Sunday I got to go with mommy, daddy, Nana & Papa to the Browns vs. Packers game. Thank god the weather was beautiful because the game was awful! The Browns lost 31 to 3. Mommy tells me that they are a good example of how you don't play football! I sat through the first two quarters like a perfect gentleman and then I ended up falling asleep on mommy so I spent the 3rd quarter asleep on her lap before we decided to leave. Here are a couple of pictures and a short video.

Here I am relaxing and enjoying a snack before kick off...

Boo at the Zoo

Last night mommy and daddy took me to Boo at the Zoo. I wore the dinosaur costume that my cousin Ryan let me borrow this year (I refuse to admit that it is really a dragon), mommy wore a witch's hat and daddy wore a clown wig. They both looked so silly! They had a bunch of Halloween lights and some special Halloween activities set up throughout the zoo. We had an absolute blast! Here are some pictures and videos from the evening.

I was so excited when we first got there that I couldn't move fast enough! Come on mommy and daddy, why are you going so slow?

A Day On The Farm

Every October my Nana takes the kids from her preschool to a pumpkin patch at Boyert's Farm in Medina. This year mommy and I were finally around to tag along with them. I absolutely loved all of the farm animals! Here are a couple pictures and videos from the day.

The piggies were probably my favorite!

My Version Of Hip Hop

Lately I have discovered the joys of dancing. My mommy and daddy like to refer to it as my "Maracas Dance" because one day I just picked up my toy maracas and started dancing around the house. Well, this past weekend I took it to a whole new level. On Sunday we had a clam bake with daddy's side of the family over at the Kahn's house. After dinner we were down in their basement or "Club Kahn" as it turned out to be. Here are a couple of videos of me breaking out some of my moves. I think that I am going to be quite the little hip hopper! Beyonce, let me know if you need any back up dancers! Ellen, I'm available for guest dance spots.

A Trip To Houston - September '09

My mommy and I just got back from a long weekend trip down to Houston to visit my Nona & Pops. While we were down there I got to play with their doggies, Maggie & Harley, swim in their pool, go to the playground, go to the Houston Zoo and play on a lot of new toys. Here are a couple of pictures and a video from the trip.

Some fun swim time with Pops...

Here I am checking out some animals at the zoo with Nona.

Here I am feeding a friendly turtle that I found...

I couldn't understand why the turtle wasn't moving but I liked the fact that he let me get on his back and pretend like I was going for a ride!

I got to go on my first carousel ride at the zoo too. I picked a Zebra to ride and Nona rode next to me on an elephant. I had an absolute blast! I miss my Nona & Pops already and can't wait to see them again! Hopefully it will be before Thanksgiving!
