My 2nd Birthday!

We celebrated my 2nd birthday last Sunday, March 14th with a birthday party at my house. I wanted a choo choo theme so mommy & daddy got me a bunch of train decorations and a Thomas the Tank Engine birthday cake. Nona & Pops were in town from Houston and my Uncle Gavin came in from Chicago to help me celebrate. My Aunt Cathy, Uncle Todd, cousins Zach, Emmy, & Ryan, Mimi, Bebe, my Uncle Dave, Aunt Taron, and cousins Lauren & Brooke were all at my party too. Unfortunately Nana & Papa were in Jamaica so we had to celebrate with them when they got home. I had an absolute blast! I'm growing up so fast!

It's been raining here the last couple of days but mommy will try to post some videos of me riding my new tricycle, playing with my new t-ball set & golf clubs, using my new garden tools, and enjoying a picnic lunch on my new picnic table as soon as she can! Thanks everyone for helping me celebrate and for all of the great gifts!

Spring Fever = Trip To The Zoo

Since today was sunny and 50 degrees (and I successfully spent my first full night in my "big boy" bed last night) mommy decided to take me to the zoo to celebrate.

We got there early so it was still a little bit chilly but I had a blast riding around in my wagon and telling mommy which way to take me while looking at the zoo map.

We got to see some bears, wolves, camels, seals, sea lions, deer and lions. Here I am checking out the Grizzly Bear.

I was also very excited that we got to take the Zoo Tram or "Choo Choo Train" as I called it, up to see Nemo, the sharks, and the monkeys.

Here I am enjoying a juice box while we waited for the "Choo Choo" to come back and take us down the hill.

Happy 37th Birthday Daddy!

Last night we celebrated my daddy's birthday by having his side of the family over for dinner and cake. Mommy asked for my help with the cake and I told her to get daddy an "Elmo" cake.....she didn't listen to me :) It was nice practice for my birthday next week! Mommy knows that I want a "Thomas" cake.

Latest Pictures Of My Little Brother

Here is my little brother at 26 1/2 weeks. Mommy got to see him in 4-D so she thought she would share the pictures with everyone. He seems quite comfortable inside her belly and is already sucking his thumb. We are still brainstorming on a name for him! Mommy and baby are both doing well, only about 12 more weeks until we get to meet him!

A Trip To Houston - February '10

Mommy wanted us to get one last trip in to Houston before I turn 2 next month and need an airline ticket of my own so we spent the first week of February down there visiting my Nona & Pops. My Aunt Megan and cousin Amelia came down from Dallas and joined us for the weekend. I loved playing with all of the cool toys that they have down there and visiting with them and the doggies. The week went by so fast and I miss them already! I'm looking forward to seeing them at my house next month for my birthday!

We lucked out on the way down there and on the way home and had the entire row on the airplane to ourselves. I was fascinated with all of the 'noises' I was hearing and with looking out the window. Once we landed in Houston I loved watching the monorail or 'choo choo train' go between the terminals.

Here I am enjoying my 'Lil Red Tractor' that Nona & Pops have at their house. I haven't quite perfected the concept of turning a wheel to get the direction I want to go so mommy had to position me to go in a circle.

On Saturday we all went downtown to see Sesame Street Live: Imagine 1,2,3. I loved it so much that I was eventually dancing in the aisle! Unfortunately the videos that mommy tried to take of me dancing came out really dark but hopefully you can catch a glimpse of me!

Our trip would not have been complete without a little swim! Luckily Pops was willing to get in the hot tub with me. Thanks Pops! Love you guys!

Birthday Party Fun!

Last weekend mommy and daddy took me to my cousin Lauren's 5th birthday party at the Strongsville Rec Center pool. I could not get enough of it! I was swimming and going down the slide on the pirate ship with daddy! Here are a couple of pictures and videos.

I'm Going To Have A Little Brother!

Mommy and daddy found out that the new baby is a boy! I'm so excited that I'm going to have a little brother to play with and look after! Here are his latest pictures at 20 weeks. We can't wait for him to get here! Now mommy and daddy have to work on getting my "big boy" room ready and the new nursery ready!
