Another Trip To The Zoo

Last weekend mommy and daddy took me to visit one of my favorite places, the zoo! Here are some pictures from the day.

I Want To Be Like Pops & Uncle Gavin

Last week while we were on vacation in Hilton Head I kept witnessing my Pops and Uncle G wear their sunglasses around their necks. I have been trying to imitate this move since we returned home. Who needs the rope? I figure they are much more comfortable around my neck than on my eyes! Here is a little video.

Hilton Head

Last week we took our first family vacation down to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. We stayed in an 8 bedroom house with both my mommy's side of the family and my daddy's side. I got to spend time with my Nana, Papa, Aunt Cathy, Uncle Todd, cousins Zach, Emmy, and Ryan, Uncle Dave, Aunt Taron, cousins Lauren and Brooke, my Mam, Pops, Aunt Megan, Uncle Ty, cousin Amelia and my Uncle Gavin. I had an absolute blast! Here are some pictures and videos from the week. I can't wait for mommy and daddy to plan our next vacation!

Here I am enjoying the bed in our hotel room on our way back home. Mommy isn't sure who taught me to jump on the bed but I love it!

My Pony

The other day I was practicing on my Fisher Price Bounce & Spin Pony while it was raining outside. I got it as a Christmas gift from my Aunt Megan and it is definitely one of my favorite indoor toys! Mommy & daddy have even caught me trying to stand up on the saddle while lifting my arms up into the air at the same time. I am quite the little stunt man these days! Here is a short video of me on my pony.

Grand Lake St. Marys

This past weekend mommy, daddy and I went down to Grand Lake St. Marys in Ohio. We met their friends, Mary and John and their son Jack, and Patty and Mitch and their son Will and daughter Morgan down there for the weekend. Will is almost 2 1/2 years old, Morgan is just 2 weeks older than I am and Jack is 11 months old. I had a blast watching and playing with them all weekend while mommy and daddy caught up with the adults. Here are a couple of pictures and a short video from the weekend.

Future friends (left to right: Jack, Morgan, Will, Nate). I think Morgan was crying because she didn't get to sit next to me :)

Future girlfriend?

I found a comfortable seat on the doorway that let me look out onto the river and watch the duckies swim by.

We rented a pontoon boat on Saturday morning and I had to check out the steering wheel and controls. My favorite spot was standing by the side and watching the water splash up.

I was so worn out from the weekend that I passed out on the couch when we got home on Sunday. It was such a fun time!

Emily's Biggest Fan

Mommy has taken me to a couple of my cousin Emily's swim meets and I love to cheer her on (although it would be more fun if I could actually get in the water with her). She is such an excellent swimmer! We think she could make the Olympics some day! Here are a couple of pictures from the last meet I was at. Go Emmy!

4th of July Weekend

We started out the holiday weekend by going over to my Uncle Dave and Aunt Taron's on Friday night for a BBQ and the Brunswick fireworks. My experience with the fireworks did not go that well, they definitely scared the crap out of me! It's probably for the best that mommy didn't get any videos. Uncle Dave took some pictures so hopefully mommy will post them at a later date.

On Saturday the 4th we went over to my Aunt Cathy and Uncle Todd's. I was so excited when mommy told me that we were going over there that I broke out my new dance moves. Here I am practicing the moves that I learned from one of my favorite movies, Happy Feet.

Over at the Kahn's house I got to play with all of my cousins and I had a great time! Unfortunately mommy did not get any videos of me there either but here is a family photo.

We finished out the weekend by going to the Splash Pad in Medina on Sunday. It's a playground made out of sprinklers! I was a little unsure of it at first, but after my cousin Emmy showed me the ropes, I couldn't get enough of the water. Here is a short video.
